Personalized Macro Nutrition
This option provides you with a detailed guide on Macros, how to get started with tracking, tips and tricks, a grocery list on frequently bought items, a reverse dieting guide to assist in getting you out of calorie deficit back into maintenance.
This is custom numbers that includes same macro numbers 7 days a week based off your goal (fat loss, maintenance or muscle building). You will be prompted to complete a detailed questionnaire after payment so I can best complete your macros. This is NOT ongoing coaching, virtual consultation, or meal plans.

One-time Nutrition Consultation
This initial virtual telehealth consultation with your NASM certified nutrition coach includes custom macros and detailed guide to help you meet your goals. During your initial call we will discuss a comprehensive plan to get you started on your weight loss journey. Together we will review your current lifestyle, set attainable goals and most importantly create a unique plan tailor to YOU.
This option does NOT include tracking your progress with photos, measurements, weigh-ins or additional appointments or check-ins. Clients will be provided with instructions on tracking their own progress and are encouraged to schedule periodic follow-up appointments to ensure success and help with accountability.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching
One-on-one nutrition coaching includes an initial virtual telehealth consultation with me, your NASM certified nutrition coach followed by a weekly virtual check-in and custom macros set to help you meet your goals. It will also include my detailed macro guide on how to get started.
During our weekly calls, we will discuss how to proceed for the next week along with any recommendations/education needed to help you meet your goals. You will be required to take progress photos, get measurements, and do daily scale weigh ins. 12 week commitment required.

Follow Up
Once you have started your journey it is important to check-in occasionally to avoid reaching a plateau or loss of motivation. We will collaboratively assess of your current progress to determine your next step to continue your weight loss goals or discuss maintaining your current achievements.
